Single Core & Multi Core Flexible Cables

Feature: PVC/XLPE insulated flexible cables with electrolytic-grade bare or tinned copper conductors, manufactured to IS 694, IS 2465, UL 758, CSA C22.2 No. 210 and CE. Insulation options: FR (Flame Retardant), FRLS (Flame Retardant, Low Smoke) and ZHFR (Zero Halogen Flame Retardant).

Size Range: Single core 0.50 sq mm to 120 sq mm; multi-core 2 to 50 cores, 0.14 sq mm to 4 sq mm (up to 16 sq mm for 4-core cables).

UL-Approved AWM Styles: PVC – UL 1015, UL 1569, UL 1007, UL 1032, UL 10269; XLPE – UL 3289, UL 3321, UL 3271, UL 3173, UL 3820.

Feature: PVC insulated, sheathed, shielded and instrumentation cables from high-purity, electrolytic-grade bare or tinned copper conductors. Shielded constructions go up to 50 cores (0.14–6.0 sq mm); instrumentation cables range from 1 to 32 pairs.

Key Specs: Voltage rating up to 600V; minimum bend radius 6× OD (fixed), 12× OD (occasional flexing).

Shielded Battery Cables for EVs & E-Mobility

Feature: Shielded / screened battery cables purpose-built for electric vehicle applications.

Construction & Specs:

• Conductor: Bare annealed Superflex Class 6, back-twist-free, SPM-stranded for high flexibility.
• Insulation / Sheath: Highly flexible TPE, flexible HR PVC, or XLPO — compliant with ISO 19642-5/9 (formerly ISO 6722/14572) and LV 216-1/216-2, with custom specs available.
• Colour: Orange (or customer-specified).
• Screen: Tinned copper braid, 85% coverage (or per design), with aluminium mylar and non-woven fleece separators.
• Rated voltage: 1.8 KV DC / 1100 V AC; tested to 6.6 KV AC/DC.
• Core-to-screen insulation resistance: >100 GΩ/100m (TPE), >200 MΩ (PVC).

Feature: Braided ropes from 99.97% pure EC grade copper wires, either tin-plated or used in bare form. Manufactured under the right tensions with ideal length to give a long-lasting, accurate product that sits intact throughout.
